This is the first system designed to work the way you want to work instead of forcing you to work the way the tool wants to work.  Eight programmable Fast Set memory slots and four operating modes let you set up the machine at the push of a button and work with the press of a pedal.  You can set up different modes and pedal sensitivities for the unit to work EXACTLY the way you like and jump between settings with the touch of a button.

For Precision, use the Speed Mode.

In Speed Mode, the foot pedal controls the frequency of hits from a single graver strike to 3600 strokes per minute.  You set the power on the Base Unit, and the foot pedal controls how many strokes per second the hand piece delivers to the graver.  Great for working around expensive stones, entering or exiting cuts around borders, and the easiest, most intuitive way to begin engraving and stone setting with power assisted tools.

For Feathering, use the Power Mode

In Power Mode, the foot pedal adjusts the power behind each stroke in the hand piece.  You program the stroke rate in the base unit and use the foot pedal to control how much power is delivered to the hand piece. Great for people who are used to controlling a graver’s power with a foot pedal and an easy way to transition into using the PulseGraver®.

For Mirror Cuts, use the Bright Cut Mode

Optimize your system to cut long, shiny, mirror-like lines.  Adjust pedal sensitivity to come up to full speed quickly for fast, elegant lines.

For Pave Setting, Dot-Punch Background, Milgrain, Gold Inlay and Other Specialized Tasks, use the Burst Mode

Unique to the PulseGraver®, you can set the system to deliver a rapid group of strokes followed by a pause you control with the foot pedal.  Apply large amounts of power consistently in small areas to create consistent beads, even backgrounds, precise undercuts and more.

Fine Tune Power Directly From Your Hand Piece

The Adjustment Knob on the back of every hand piece lets you adjust the length of each plunger stroke.  Quickly zero in on the precise kind of cut you want to make for each graver and type of metal you’re working with.  Increase or decrease power faster and easier than pushing a button on the Base Unit!

Powerful enough to cut titanium and stainless steel, sensitive enough for shading lines in 24 karat gold.
